In the 30 years of existence more than 5 lakhs(500,000) patients & persons with Disability have benefited by the services rendered by Viklang Kendra
A point arrived when the need to sustain the organization was acutely felt. So also the need to diversify, to spread the services to a larger section of the society, by including teaching of professionals, rendering cost effective medical services, to research and also give spin offs to more Organizations in this region
In the last 30 years the predominant focus was on serving Persons with Disability and rendering medical Care in a low key with focus on Bone and Joint Diseases, Neurological and Neuromuscular disorders., Mental and Multiple Disability . This Service for Care of Persons with Disability still continues and will do so

• To qualitatively and quantitatively improve the existent infrastructure and services to meet the requirements of Teaching and Training laid down by academic regulatory bodies , to meet specifications of the health Insurance Regulatory Authorities
• To develop human resource and Research environment to encourage Excellence.
• To consolidate the Rural base and outreach programs to serve as effective teaching tools besides rendering service –which they already are
